Your buddy is most likely attempting to be as nice to you as possible by not telling you straight up that they don’t want to be your friend. Maybe they already have enough people in their lives, or maybe she just doesn’t think you two would get along. They choose to ignore you rather than tell you straight.

It’s as if all the love we had for you had also been unleashed. Some males live for one-night encounters, so don’t be surprised if you don’t hear from them again.
